What actually brings Simi Valley homeowners to call
Simi Valley is a short drive over the pass from Woodland Hills. Plenty of the tract houses here have a factory-built fireplace that has been in the family room since the house went up, and families with young kids often add a gas insert. We check the glass barrier on any insert and the clearances around the old box. That background shapes every chimney inspection visit here, from what we load on the truck before we leave the shop to how much time we set aside and what follow-up we suggest.
